Delivery
The IMRG Delivery Forum is working to streamline the progress of the home delivery industry into the internet age. Home delivery remains the Achilles ' heel of online shopping, all too often causing inefficiency, confusion and unnecessary cost. However, fulfillment is set to become one of the main product differentiators, since few others exist. A Delivery Charter is being created to help the e-Retail industry improve service level agreements, efficiency and profitability.
