Social Networking
The emergence and increasing influence of Social Networking can be seen through two seperate aspects. Firstly, the popularity of sites such as Facebook and MySpace have given consumers greater power and control, as well as providing a platform for interaction. The second key feature of Social Networking is evident through the use of User Generated Comment (UGC) on organisations' own sites allowing for a greater level of consumer interaction.
