IMRG actively promotes retail industry standards and best practice, facilitating self-regulation and the advancement of a comprehensive code of conduct for the e-retail industry through lobbying activities undertaken for both retailers and solution providers.
The standards and best practice advice are established and shared by means of online information, white papers, seminars and forums that address key regulatory and innovative issues.
