Amazon installs collection lockers in Co-op stores
Amazon has joined forces with Co-operative Group to host its collection lockers in the grocer’s stores, allowing customers to pick up goods ordered online at their convenience. The lockers have been installed in four London stores – Chelsea, Edenbridge, New Malden and Parsons Green, and two further shops in Alderley Edge and Stockport.
Amazon lockers are available in a number of locations including large shopping centres and train stations. When a customer selects delivery to a Locker location they are sent an email with a unique pick-up code. This allows the customer to pick up their parcel within 3 business days from the selected location.
