IMRG partner with the Fashion Business School, LCF, UAL in a hugely successful program of data gathering and retail Insights.
A panel of postgraduate and undergraduate students collaborate with IMRG to conduct our site optimisation research programme, the results of which are some of the most insightful and useful analysis available to the UK online retail industry.
The FBS team have cover a wide variety of insight projects by collecting data that provides huge benefit to IMRG’s ecommerce community. Topics covered include: Checkout Optimisation, Black Friday, International Ecommerce, Delivery Trends, Discounting Patterns and Returns.
The FBS team skilfully analyse and interpret major data points across hundreds of ecommerce websites, generating incredibly powerful datasets that are then shared with IMRGs membership.

In the 2020 lockdown, a shortage of scrubs inspired her to make a TikTok video promoting volunteer scrub production for the NHS. This initiative led to work as a seamstress with The Fashion Workshop making PPE gowns. Jessica is highly motivated, enthusiastic and people focused; she has worked in retail, as a receptionist and as a bookkeeper.

Growing up in a multicultural household and having lived in multiple countries I have always appreciated and loved working and meeting people from all over the world. My previous studies have provided me with a strong foundation in calculations, theoretical concepts, and analysis, whereas my current studies at LCF have given me insight into the fashion industry with a strong emphasis on business. Sanskruti Agarwal is an LCF MBA student at UAL, who also works part-time at Selfridges, London. With a background in fashion design and management, she has worked as an international business development associate for a leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform. In this role she was responsible for building the global fashion brand portfolio of the business and managing projects and product launches. She worked with brands across UK, USA, Turkey, China, and South Korea, examples include Missguided, New Balance, Defacto, 8seconds. Tanya recently completed an integrated MSc degree in Strategic Fashion Management, with a focus on ethical consumer behaviours in the context of online fast fashion retail. Her academic interests lie within the intersection of social justice and climate justice issues, particularly in relation to racial equality, and the relevance of these issues to fashion consumption attitudes and behaviour.
