Now in their twelfth year, the eCommerce Awards has consistently broken new ground in highlighting some of the very best online retailers, online companies, agencies, innovations, products and campaigns the ecommerce industry has to offer.

eCommerce Awards is owned by CloserStill, organisers of eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing exhibitions, and is produced in association with IMRG.

This year, eCommerce Awards 2020 are again split into 4 sections:  Industry, Campaigns, Specialist and Business.  Online retailers, relevant agencies, marketers and any company who trades online are encouraged to enter as many categories as are applicable.  The best performing participants overall will automatically be put forward for the Online Gold Award for eCommerce.

The event is open to online retailers, relevant agencies, marketers and any company with a website and online presence.  So, if you are a retailer or an online company, shout about your achievements and ensure you reap the rewards from the PR and sales uplift that comes hand in hand as a result of a successful entry or two.  If you are an agency, and you have really delivered over the last year for your client, put in a joint entry with your client today and both of you can benefit from your hard work and achievements.

The entry criteria for 2020 has taken into account the extreme difficulties affecting the industry currently, plus we have added in an additional bespoke category - Best eCommerce in 'Lockdown' - for those companies that have been able to perform strongly and / or adapt their business model and / or support the nation during this unprecedented period.

Obviously we are unable to confirm at this stage how the Awards ceremony will look in September.  What we can assure you, is that your work in producing quality entry submissions will be fully respected and judged in the normal way by independent industry experts and, that we will showcase and shout about the Finalists and the Winners!

We hope that we will be able to host a traditional networking live event again very soon in the future, but it is now very likely that for 2020 eCommerce Awards will be a virtual online Awards event.
