    In 2017, this Northern based former mail order giant transacted more than £224m in online product sales, of which 28% or £63m million, was clothing, up 44% on the prior year and growing further this year. The range is broad from great value own brand staples through to top brands such as Armani, Ralph Lauren, Nike and other top sports brands. In an interview with Andrew Fowler of Apptus Technologies Craig will describe their journey towards an AI driven search and merchandising future and the benefits they anticipate.

*An online retailer would be a B2C operation selling products or services, via a website with transactions completed fully, including payment, via any interactive channel, from any location. These operations may have a social media presence, store, or be linked via a marketplace but would operate primarily via their own domain and not via a marketplace alone. Unfortunately 3rd party agencies who have retailers as clients are not classed as retailers themselves but would be a solution provider.
