IMRG resource during the Coronavirus pandemic

IMRG, the UK’s online retail association, is an active membership community of retailers and solution providers whose role is to help retailers improve their online performance and grow their businesses.

During the current Coronavirus pandemic IMRG is working hard to ensure the activities we undertake are benefiting both retailers and solution providers as much as possible through this particularly testing time.

There are two main ways that we are doing this:

Every Thursday at 2pm - Derived from tracking hundreds of performance metrics across billions of retail transactions, we will be providing our latest update on weekly online sales performance and other key trends we are monitoring.

Times updated daily - We will also be presenting other information to keep you updated on how things are progressing in retail through additional webinars.

Data 

For retailers wanting instant access to market insight and online performance benchmarking data, IMRG Capgemini digital dashboard offers immediate granular intelligence on the market sectors you need. With instant comparison of your own sales data, this will give you the information you need to inform strategy during this key period.

Access to that service is usually available at a monthly fee but, in recognition of the circumstances we find ourselves in, we are extending access at no additional cost until the end of June for any retailer who joins our weekly data participation.
