IMRG's Weekly Retail Data Show – The Black Friday Countdown: with special guests N Brown and Fanatics

Hosted by IMRG data gurus and special guest experts MIDAS, Fanatics and N Brown, Click’s Weekly Retail Data Show gives you the actionable insight needed to identify growth opportunities, in a light hearted easy to access webinar format.

COVID-19 is estimated to add £5.3 billion to the UK eCommerce industry in 2020, taking it from £73.6bn to £78.9bn. Across the world, eCommerce is forecasted to account for almost 90% of global chain retail sales added this year. With the busiest periods approaching, IMRG and special guests MIDAS look ahead to see how Black Friday and Christmas might impact these estimations, as well as how online retailers can thrive post-pandemic.

The volume of people shopping online has skyrocketed since March and as a result, most retail businesses have had to scrap their plans for 2020, instead forced to adapt to changing customer needs. This webinar looks at how the online retail market is progressing as we enter the 'new normal', and how retailers can tackle what are the most challenging, and if done correctly, the most rewarding periods in the trading calendar.

This webinar will also explore the necessity for traditional retailers to embrace eCommerce as well as how brands that are already advanced online can advance their activities to retain a leading position. We’ll then look at how some of the most successful retailers are adapting their strategies to ensure they are prepared to deal with the changes in demand and customer behaviour.

This webinar also includes a 45 minute panel Q&A with Manchester-based MIDAS and guests – ‘Retail Reboot: How to Thrive Post-Pandemic’.

Guest speakers include: Hannah Tracey – Head of Business Development, MIDAS; Danny Downs – Managing Director, Fanatics; and Tim Price – Director of Technology, N Brown.
